These are not stiff, scratchy event tees or bargain-bin shirts. Each item is selected to feel good, wear well, and give the finished design a more elevated look.For orders beyond T-shirts, available options may include sweatshirts, hoodies, polos, canvas totes, and other heat-press-friendly items depending on the design, size, material, and supplier availability.Designs are printed in full color and pressed with care for a smooth, professional finish.

How Custom Orders Work

1. Submit a custom order request
2. I review the design details, quantity, item type, materials, and complexity
3. If the order is a good fit, you’ll receive a quote
4. Payment confirms the order
5. A design proof is sent for review and approval
6. Production begins after approval
7. Your completed order is pressed, checked, and prepared for pickup or shippingCustom orders are not automatically accepted. This keeps the process intentional and small-batch, so each project receives the time and attention it deserves.

Made-to-Order Timing

All items are made to order. Custom work takes time, especially when design details, personalization, premium item selection, and final print setup are involved.Some designs are simple customizations. Others need more time in the Lab to refine layout, colors, details, sizing, and placement.Completion timing depends on design complexity, quantity, materials, supplier availability, and the current production queue.Event dates may be shared for context, but completion by a specific date is not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed before payment.Ordering early is strongly recommended for birthdays, trips, parties, and group orders.

Custom Design Notes

Inspiration images may be shared to help communicate a theme, color palette, style, or general vibe.Shafiq Shirt Lab cannot reproduce copyrighted characters, logos, brand names, or trademarked designs unless proper rights or permission are provided. Requests may be adapted into original, theme-inspired designs when appropriate.

Return Policy

Custom shirts and personalized items are made-to-order and final sale once approved and produced.Payment is required before production begins.Each custom order includes one design proof and one round of minor revisions unless otherwise noted.Production begins only after design approval.Premium item styles are selected based on the order, size, color availability, material, and best fit for the design.If Shafiq Shirt Lab makes an error or there is a production issue, I’ll make it right.
